Charged per signature issued, on top of the per-inspection fee. Unsigned audit reports are always free.
QES requires KYB verification of the issuing organisation. SES + AES are available on every paid plan.

Annual billing — how much off?
15% off the monthly seat price when billed annually. Per-inspection + per-signature pricing is the same either way.
What's an 'inspection'?
One session, regardless of how many participants joined or how many evidence rows were captured. A session is counted at end-time, so dry-runs / cancelled sessions don't bill.
Do you bill for the field user too?
No. Only operators (your team) consume seats. The field user is a one-shot invite per session — they don't have an account.
How does the signature pricing work?
Per signature issued. A signed audit report costs one signature at the chosen level; an unsigned report is free regardless of plan. Signature packs (volume discount) available on Pro + Enterprise.
What about EU data residency?
Managed SaaS runs in eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Enterprise can self-host on-prem inside your own VPC — see the SELF_HOST.md docs.
Can we switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Is there a free tier forever?
The 5-free-inspection Pilot tier exists for evaluation. If you're a small NGO or research project, contact us — we have a separate non-commercial program.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card via Stripe Checkout for Standard + Pro. Enterprise also supports invoice / SEPA / wire transfer.
