Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the NexBasira platform, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. The service
NexBasira is a remote inspection platform with a cryptographic audit chain, eIDAS-aware signatures, EU data residency, and a public API. The exact features available to you depend on your subscription tier (see pricing).
3. Your data
You own the inspections, recordings, and evidence you create on the platform. We process this data on your behalf to operate the service. See the privacy policy for details and the Data Processing Agreement for the formal terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use NexBasira to capture evidence in violation of local privacy / consent / surveillance laws. The on-screen consent step at session start is not a substitute for a legitimate basis in your jurisdiction — that's on you to ensure.
Don't reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass tenant isolation, webhook signature verification, or signature certificate validation.
5. Pricing + billing
Monthly or annual billing in EUR via Stripe. Annual saves 15%. See the pricing page for current rates. We reserve the right to change pricing for new sign-ups; existing subscriptions keep their rate through the current term.
6. eIDAS signatures + KYB
QES (Qualified Electronic Signatures) require KYB verification of your organisation. We perform this manually at v1; submission + review can take up to 5 business days. SES + AES signatures are available immediately on paid plans.
7. SLA + support
Standard: best-effort, 1-business-day email response. Pro: 4-hour SLA. Enterprise: 1-hour SLA + phone support. Uptime targets published in the DPA package.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data; after that we delete it per the retention policy.
9. Liability + warranty disclaimers
Standard SaaS limitations. Detailed terms in the contract on Enterprise + the master subscription agreement on Pro.
10. Governing law

11. Changes
Material changes require 30 days' email notice to account admins.
